General terms and conditions

1.1 These general terms and conditions ("T&C") are binding for all business relationships between ALICE CROSS, 4 Drum Court, Dollar, Clackmannanshire, FK14 7EQ, United Kingdom ("Alchymistka") and its customers through the online shop www.alchymistka.com.
1.2 These terms therefore apply only where the person intending to purchase goods from the seller is a consumer, i.e. when ordering the goods they are not acting in the course of their business or independent profession ("Customer").

2.1.1. Alchymistka does not charge any fees for the use of remote communication systems; however, the Customer may incur the usual costs of using these services charged by third parties (e.g. mobile operator, internet provider).
2.1.2. Prices of goods and services on the websites operated by Alchymistka include VAT and all statutory fees.
2.1.3. A summary of the order is part of the automatic confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail.

2.2.1. Alchymistka offers its Customers a wide range of products for alchemists.
2.2.2. By clicking the "shopping basket" symbol in the top right corner of the online shop, the Customer sees an overview of the selected products. The Customer can check which products are in the virtual basket and make changes if necessary.
2.2.3. When the Customer has finished shopping, they continue with the "To payment" button.
2.2.4 By clicking the "Next" button, the Customer reaches the penultimate step of the order, "Overview". Here the whole order with prices is shown. In this step the Customer can check the contents of the entire order.
2.2.5. The order is completed and becomes binding by clicking the "Order" button.

2.3.1. The Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract by completing the order with the "Order" button. The Customer then receives an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail (order confirmation).

3.1 Unless stated otherwise in the offer, goods and services are delivered on the basis of e-mail confirmation and agreement between Alchymistka and the Customer.

4.1. Until the order has been paid in full, the goods remain the property of Alchymistka. Before ownership is transferred, the goods may not be pledged, transferred to another person, processed or altered without Alchymistka's consent. Services may not be resold without Alchymistka's consent.

5.1. Payment methods – Goods can be paid for by card through the Stripe payment gateway. Alchymistka reserves the right, in individual cases or depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer, to accept only certain types of payment. Cash payment is possible at the club where the event takes place.
5.1.1 Card payment – When paying by card, the amount will be charged to the customer's account within one week of dispatch of the goods (we accept MasterCard and Visa).
5.2. Invoices – The customer agrees to receive electronic invoices. Electronic invoices will be sent to the customer by e-mail in PDF format.
